So far so good. Since making my first Mazda purchase last year and having brought the car in for standard service 3 times, I will say they do a nice job. I have gotten a couple Castrol rebate forms from them, and they provide the extra copy of the R/O along with an envelope (pre-addressed) to mail it in. Simple, but a nice touch as I have been to other places that just drop those in your lap while you go home to make copies, etc. They had a communication mistake on my first... visit and corrected that nicely with waiving the fee for the oil change. Also provided 1 new wiper blade for free after an inquiry that I had. They have not given me any reason to be largely concerned or go someplace else. Car wash with the hand wipe down was also a nice touch after my service last week. The 2015 Mazda 3 I purchased was ‘certified’ and after about 1.2 yrs of ownership I have had good luck with it and it is fun to drive. See More
I love the sales department but hate the service department. The V.W. Passat has been in their shop more then I have gotten to drive it And I purchased it at this dealership. Which they have been awesome to me.
Eich Motor Company does awesome work. They were able to get my car in for an oil change and tire rotation on the day I requested and they performed the work efficiently and treated me well.
I appreciate the way technicians at Eich keep me informed when my car is being serviced. And I know they will ask me about any other needed repairs discovered and how long they would take.
I swore when we headed over there today I was just going to test drive a car. No purchase... just test driving. The new car is in the garage. � There was no pressure, just great people, the car and price I was looking for, and an easy, painless process. No complaints!
